Tip #6 - Write a CV that sells

Treat this as a possiblity to help reduce yourself back into the workforce when you acquire valuable experience and skills that may come in handy once you pursue a permanent role in the future.

Singapore’s tuition marketplace is worth over $1 billion for any reason. Good tutors charge quite high hourly rates, and parents are willing to outlay cash whether it means a marked improvement in their offspring’s grades. Degree holders can simply earn $40 to $50 an hour or so teaching upper secondary students, and $60 an hour or so for JC students or those who work in the last two years of your 6-year through-train or IB programme. MOE-trained teachers can certainly make 20% to 30% more.

Tip #9 - Get you noticed - social media

Google yourself. Have you been confident with your prospective employer seeing the posts/photos/tweets in your social media accounts? For a lot of occupations, professional networking sites are getting to be increasingly very important to job searching, growing your professional connections and being discovered by recruiters.
