Coffee manufacturing is no straightforward case. The beans which are ground in to the bag you open each morning would have to be grown in just the correct environment and climate. Since higher elevations usually produce sweeter blends, you have to wonder what coffee grown at the top of the mountain range would taste like. Organic beef never know!

Subdivisions in the Brew

There are technically five different classifications of Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, as both versions depends on the size of the beans produced and also the percentage of defective samples regarding the whole output. Blue Mountain #1 will be the premiere line, with screen sizes of 17/20 and much less than 2 percent of defects. Blue Mountain Triage may be the lowest classification and it is seen as a batches that are lower than six percent defective.
